About Consolata Propaedeutic Formation House

As a formation house, the Consolata formation House Moshi has the following aims:
 To accompany our young people to have an authentic experience of Christ.
 To introduce and lead them to a profound knowledge of our Institute so as to develop, grow
a sense of belonging and of family spirit with a view of preparing them for a harmonious
coexistence with others in an international context in future.
 To make them learn and understand mission today: Dialogue, justice, mass media, and
inculturation as a continuation of Christ incarnation.
 To introduce them in the balancing act of prayer - work style of life of our institute.
 To make them understand that in our Institute studies are geared towards mission and are
permeated by it.
 To make them learn to live and work together as a foundation of their future ministries.
In order to be able to accomplish those objectives, the Consolata Formation House has the
following means:
 Introduction into essentials of personal and communal prayer as a way of creating an
experience with Christ.
 Promotion of knowledge of the history of the Institute as a way of helping them make free
and informed decision.
 Insistence on looking and living every aspect of life in a missionary way, taking community
life as the criteria and means.
 Monthly recollection, monthly formative sessions, and monthly formative dialogues.
 Introduction of young people to pastoral activities as a means of developing self-knowledge
and self-giving
